NIHCATS provides conference associated support services to NIH and other HHS OPDIVS on a task order basis.

Flexible enough to support conferences both in the United States and abroad.

Task Order CO and COR are able to complete CPARs at the task order level.

About Us

The NIH Conference, Administrative, and Travel Services IV Contract (NIHCATS IV) is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing firm fixed price and time and materials type task orders. The contract may be used to procure a wide range of conference support services from among 15 qualified small business contractors.

Training is Available:

Assessments:

Agencies outside of the NIH will need to pay a 3% assessment to use NIHCATS IV and have NIH OLAO Office of Acquisitions serve as their acquisition office. Assessments will be transferred between NIH and the requesting agency. Details are included in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) under the Resources tab.
